Raffa Front-Line Ministries is a parachurch ministry that works closely with the local church to provide hands on discipleship training. Raffa focuses on the individual and aids the person in a deeper relationship with their heavenly Father.

Most Christians have not been properly trained in the area of knowing God and doing His will, therefore a gap exists in their walk with Christ. This gap can cause major dysfunctions if left unattended, therefore Raffa incorporates a spiritual school that seeks to remedy this condition, hence Raffa Discipleship School.

Raffa's goal is to help Christians know, hear and recognize the Holy Spirit and be able to properly discern the will of the Lord in their life. The ministry's desire is to see the Body of Christ whole, functional and strong.
