- This agreement is a legally binding instrument when
signed by the student and accepted by Raffa Discipleship
School. The signature on this agreement acknowledges that
he/she has been given reasonable time to read and understand
it and that he/she has read: (a) a written statement of
the refund policy, including examples of how it applies,
and (b) a catalog including a description of the session
including any material facts concerning RDS and the discipleship
process which are likely to affect his/her decision to
enroll. Upon signing this agreement, the student will
be given a copy of it to retain.
- This agreement is based on a session discipleship program
design to prepare the student for service within the local
church body. To graduate with a Certificate of Completion,
students must complete all three sessions in their entirety
and pass discipleship approval from the President and
the campus facilitator. No equipment is needed for the
sessions and none is provided. A book fee is added to
the base tuition and is non-refundable. The discipleship
program is designed for the student to know and recognize
God's voice and His working within the church; to know
and understand the ways of God; to comprehend and recognize
what God is doing in his/her life; to be able to assist,
teach, and train others to impart spiritual gifts and
techniques; to be a mature, strong, and sound Christian,
knowing how to tap into the power of God; to be able to
function in the local church, having received knowledge
of who he/she is in Jesus Christ.
- STUDENT'S RIGHT TO CANCEL. The student has a right to
cancel this enrollment agreement and obtain a refund.
The student may cancel this agreement and receive a refund
by providing a written notice to the Dean of Admissions,
Raffa Discipleship School, P.O. Box 464866, Lawrenceville,
GA 30042.
- REFUND INFORMATION. The student has a right per session
to a full refund of all tuition charges if he/she cancels
this agreement prior to or on the first day of classes.
In addition, the student may withdraw from RDS after the
first class and receive a pro rata refund for the unused
portion of the tuition. Refunds will be paid within 30
days of cancellation or withdrawal. For example:
Prior to first class 100%
First week 75%
Second week 50%
Third week 25%
No refund after the fourth week
- FEES AND CHARGES. The student is responsible for the
following fees and charges.
