Admission is granted to applicants meeting admissions requirements without regard to sex, race, color, ethnic or national origin.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Prospective students to Raffa Discipleship School should submit the following for admission:

Application Form & Fee
Complete each item on the application and enclose a one-time, nonrefundable application fee of $10, payable to Raffa Front-Line.

Photograph or Snapshot
Attach a recent picture to the upper left hand corner of the application form.

Autobiographical Data
Please be specific and concise. This can be typed or legibly handwritten. Please write approximately one paragraph on each of the following:

• Personal life goals — (spiritual, educational, professional, family, etc.) include significant experiences during your life
  
  
• Statement of Christian faith — (salvation experience, encounters with the Holy Spirit, etc.)

Church Membership
Each student must be, or with intent on being, an established member of a church.
