| Q:
WHO SHOULD ATTEND RAFFA DISCIPLESHIP SCHOOL?
Anyone who falls into one or more of the following categories
should prayerfully consider attendance in the Raffa Discipleship
School:
- Those who are young in the Lord and are eager to grow
in the Lord but do not have a mentor that can disciple
and train them.
- Those who feel called to one of the five fold ministries:
Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher.
- Those who need accountability and/or healing: spiritually,
mentally, physically, financially, and/or socially.
- Those who desire to hear God's voice better.
Q: WHAT IS RDS'S POLICY ON
DUAL/CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT?
Raffa Discipleship School is designed to aid Christians
in their walk with the Lord and to teach them how to most
effectively flow in their divine destiny, both spiritually
and naturally. As such, while we honor the importance of
academics, we are not established with academics as our
primary focus. Therefore, we gladly accept and welcome high
school students, as well as concurrently enrolled college
students, provided the student can maintain all of their
priorities in a spirit of excellence.
NOTE: High school students not yet of legal age would need
to submit proof of parent/guardian approval for attendance.
Q: DOES RDS GUARANTEE MINISTRY
PLACEMENT UPON GRADUATION?
While Raffa Discipleship School does not guarantee students
ministry placement upon graduation, the Bible says, "A
man's gift will make room for him" (Proverbs 18:16).
God is the One who calls people and ordains them to a certain
election. He is the One who gives gifts to men. He is, therefore,
responsible for seeing His people get to where they need
to go.
Raffa Front-Line Ministries has the ability to ordain,
license, and release people for the purpose of ministry.
Students would be given prayerful consideration to this
end. Meanwhile, students who feel led to minister will be
given ample opportunity in hands-on training during monthly
celebrations and various ministry functions.
Q: WILL RAFFA DISCIPLESHIP
SCHOOL MAKE ME A BETTER CHRISTIAN?
Faithful dedication to Godly principles and an intimate
relationship with the Holy Spirit will help to make one
a better person. Raffa Discipleship School is designed to
help students achieve this by providing timely, anointed
teaching that will aid them in their journey. Ultimately,
the success of a Christian's walk is to know and to do the
will of their heavenly Father.
Q: WHAT IS A DISCIPLE? A MENTOR?
A FATHER?
Merriam-Webster's Dictionary defines disciple as, "one
who accepts and assists in spreading the doctrines of another."
A mentor is defined as, "a trusted counselor or guide;
tutor; coach." A father is one who is willing "to
accept responsibility for" and "to care for or
look after someone as a father might." Raffa Discipleship
School has combined these dynamics to teach and train Christians
to be disciples of Christ; healthy, mature, and fit for
the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Here, Christians will learn the importance of accountability
in the Body of Christ and the urgency of recognizing and
submitting to spiritual Fathers that God has divinely placed
into their lives for the purpose of finding spiritual identity,
affirmation, maturation, and destiny.
Q: WHAT IS RDS'S DENOMINATIONAL
BACKGROUND?
Raffa Discipleship School, as an outreach of Raffa Front-line
Ministries International, Inc., is in and of itself not
affiliated with a specific denomination.
We are, however, represented by a wide diversity of social,
cultural, and ministerial backgrounds both among team members,
as well as students and partners of the ministry.
Raffa Front-line Ministries has had the privilege of ministering
in many gatherings of believers including Southern Baptist,
Independent Baptist, Assembly of God, Church of God, Apostolic
Holiness, Charismatic, Pentecostal, Nondenominational, and
Interdenominational.
